Our returns policy lasts 14 days of receipt of the items, if 14 days have gone by since your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please contact us within 7 days you received the item before sending it back, otherwise a refund will not be provide. The send back items must be in its original conditions; unworn, the original tags still attached and in the original packaging, and a receipt proof of purchased. After we have received and inspected your return items, we will email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days
If you have not received your refund within two weeks, we ask that you recheck your bank account and enquire with your credit card company and your bank. If you have done all of these and still not received your refunded, please contact us email@example.com
Refund only apply to full price items, sale items can’t be refund and exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for their own return and exchange
If the items you received does not fit, we will try our best to provide you with the correct size, however, if your prefer size is sold out, we are happy to exchange for you different styles with the same value of your return item or issue you with a credit note
Exchange items are only can pick-up from our stores, if you would like us send back the replace items, please included a prepaid postage satchel( same as the one you use to sent back the items to us) with your return items, then we will use this prepaid satchel send back the replace items to you. Please understand that we can’t offer the same return and exchange policy as large commercial companies due to they have huge inventory and massive freight partners and we are unable to compete with them, but you will be receiving a more unique design garment and given your hand out to supporting a local small business.
